The book introduces the members of the Joint Committee of

Senate and the Lower House of Parliament who supervised the disenfranchisement of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, and also, the members of the first provisionary Board of Directors of the National Iranian Oil Company. Indeed this book describes a portion of the history of the nationalization of the Oil Industry in Iran and throws light on some of the more obscure aspects of that period. The final parts of the book contains the constitution of the National Iranian Oil Company and its amendments.
