The second edition of this (first) volume of the Documents of the Islamic Revolution contains new additions. This volume comprises the collection of declarations, announcements, notices, messages, telegrams and letters of ayatollahs, sources of imitation etc. from 1960 through Feb. 11, 1979

In this collection attempt has been made to gather all declarations and letters issued by the exalted ulama, as historical documents and regardless of motives, ideas and intentions, and put the same at the disposal of researchers. The documents are arranged according to their chronological order, and in order to facilitate access to those documents, the book contains a table of contents (in chronological order), alphabetical index, historical dates as well as pictures and illustrations.

This book contains all valuable documents of contemporary history of Iran, and shows parts of enlightenments and confrontations of the exalted ulama of various cities against the despotic Pahlavi regime. In this collection, attempt has been made to collect all declarations and letters issued by the ulama regardless of motives, ideas and intentions, and as historical documents and to put the same at disposal of researchers. The documents are arranged according to their chronological order, and in order to enable researchers to have easy access to documents, the book contains a table of contents (in chronological order), alphabetical index, historical calendar, as well as pictures and illustrations.

The third volume of the Islamic Revolution Documents (IRD), is a collection of all declarations, notices, announcements, messages, telegrams and letters issued by the ulama and clergymen of seminaries of Qom, Tehran, Mashhad, Najaf and other cities of Iran and Iraq from 1949 till Feb. 11, 1979. They contain the views of the above-mentioned persons and are signed by more than one person (multitudes of signatures).

This volume contains a collection of valuable documents of contemporary history of Iran, and shows revelations and confrontations of the esteemed ulama against the despotic Pahlavi regime. In this collection attempt is made to gather all declarations and letters signed and issued, either collectively or jointly, by the ulama regardless of motives, ideas and intentions, and put the same, as historical documents, at the disposal of researchers.

The documents are arranged according to chronological order, and for the purpose of facilitating the researchers' access to documents, the book contains the table of contents (in chronological order), alphabetical index, historical calendar as well as pictures and illustrations.

The fourth volume of the Islamic Revolution Documents (IRD) contains a series of declarations, announcements, notices, messages, telegrams and letters which have been written by seminaries and various clerical circles in Iran and Iraq and which have been found so far, and cover the period between 1962 and the victory of the Islamic Revolution on Feb. 11, 1979. Attempts have been made in this series to include 261 valuable documents of the contemporary history of Iran. All declarations, letters and telegrams issued by religious authorities have been collected as historical documents regardless of motives, ideas and intentions and put at disposal of researchers. The documents are arranged in chronological order, and in order to facilitate the researchers' access to documents, the book contains a table of contents (in chronological order), alphabetical index, historical calendar as well as pictures and illustrations.

Islamic Revolution Documents (Fifth Volume). The Center of Islamic Revolution Documents, Tehran, First Edition, 1995, 344 pages

The fifth volume of the Islamic Revolution Documents (IRD) contains all declarations, announcements, notices, messages, telegrams which have been written and issued by Messrs. Haaj Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Rohani, Haaj Seyyed Hassan Tabatabaie Qomi, and Haaj Seyyed Mohammad Kazem Shariatmadari, from 1962 till the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, and express their views. The book contains 156 documents. It is admitted that the overwhelming majority of religious authorities and sources of imitation, on the basis of religious duties and responsibilities and in order to defend the edicts of Islam, independence of Iran and interests of the Muslim umma, rose against the Shah's anti-Islamic regime, but the degree of their perseverance and steadfastness depended on their insight and motive. It is appropriate that all the declarations and letters issued by the above mentioned gentlemen and which have been included in the collection, be put at the disposal of researchers as historical documents regardless of motives, ideas and intentions. The documents are arranged according to alphabetical order, and for the purpose of facilitating the researchers' access to the documents, the book contains table of contents (in chronological order), alphabetical index, historical calendar as well as pictures and illustrations.
